Stress relief tip : take 15 min each day to yourself. May seem like how.. But if you sneak away or lock yourself away – meditate or do form of yoga or even simple reading, possibly just sit and stare even will drive you to a better place. Happy is a mind frame.

Meditate, I listen to relaxation cd’s and it helps me.
I’m still learning how to manage stress, but taking a time out for a breather really helps me.
I do deep breathing exercises to lower my heart rate which relieves stress.

Stress relief tip… Take time to sit and enjoy a nice cup of herbal tea, while pondering all that is good in life. Creating a Gratitude journal is a good reminder of all that is good daily.

My best tip is know when to take breaks and be good about taking them! I get caught up in work all the time and feel like I have “no time” for breaks but the time is there for me as long as I make it.
