Free Body/Mind Magnet, Kids Magazine and Bookmark
The American Psychological Association is offering several freebies. They are giving away a Mind/Body magnet, TFK magazine for kids grades 3-5, some bookmarks and several brochures about mental health.
I got the Time for Kids Magazine for my kids and the younger ones really seemed to enjoy it. It has some activities and comics on bullying. This freebie does arrive and it is still valid. US/Canada
In addition to the free kid’s magazine and magnet, APA is also offering several bookmarks and pamphlets to help you get through some troubled times. Some of the topics covered are dealing with depression, how to cope during wartime, health and stress and job stress management.
Some of these free mental health resources are also available for download in PDF format. I sometimes like to get both the PDF and the printed copy of items. I save PDF’s and sync them with my iPad using Dropbox. I can then access them from any device via my Dropbox account. You can use it to access your files on your computer from any device that can run Dropbox. It runs on PC, Linux, Mac, iPhone/iPad, Android, Blackberry and KindleFire. Of course, Dropbox is also free.
