Get a Malt-O-Meal Spooners printable coupon and save .75. Spooners are kind of like Mini-wheats. I like Malt-O-meal because they are lower priced that the big cereals and they have good quality cereals. Spooners don’t have artificial flavors, artificial preservatives, high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils. Their also have 75% less packaging than boxes, so they are better for environment.

The one thing I don’t like about Spooners is that the frosted ones are coated with gelatin, so they are not vegetarian. That’s ok. My kids like them and they pack a whollop of whole grains and come in a variety of flavors including:
