Free Jiffy recipe book from Jiffy Cornbread
I do know that Jiffy Cornbread Mix was one of my favorite mixes to use when making hush puppies before I became a vegetarian. If you’ve never had southern hush puppies, the Jiffy recipe book has a decent one in it. Hush Puppies is basically deep-fried cornbread. Yep. It’s a southern thang!

Unfortunately, I am a vegetarian and their cornbread mix is not suitable for me to eat. Otherwise, the recipes looked tasty.
