I got the Time for Kids Magazine for my kids and the younger ones really seemed to enjoy it. It has some activities and comics on bullying. US/Canada

Book It Pizza Hut Reading Program US/Canada

Your kid reads books, they earn pizza. The best part is, you set the goals. My boys loved it and, while they are too old for the Book It program now, they still love to read. K-6 grade.
